PRESENTATIONS & WEBINARS

Delivered in-person or online via platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.

These sessions are intentionally interactive and thought-provoking, encouraging live discussion and contribution — both face-to-face and virtually. Engagement happens throughout, with time always reserved for reflection and questions.

FACILITATED DISCUSSIONS

Sometimes, it’s best to talk things through.

In these sessions, the PowerPoint is parked and the focus is on open conversation. We come together to share ideas and experiences in a way that’s highly involving and connecting for your team. The goal is for every attendee to leave with practical insights they can immediately apply in their lives.

LET’S GET TALKING: TOPICS

Below is a sample of topics. Or get in touch to work through what you’d like to get people talking about.

HEALTH & WELLBEING

HEALTHIER ME(N), HEALTHIER WORLD

Men’s health isn’t in great shape and this flows on to impact those around men and society as a whole. Traditional traits of masculinity are proven to have a negative effect on men, and this has wide-reaching implications. Let’s come together to share ideas about what can we do as individuals to improve our own health and wellbeing, and the health of the men in our lives.

THIS CONNECTED

People are feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected, despite living in a hyper-connected world. Prolonged loneliness can harm mental and physical wellbeing, contributing to anxiety, depression, and even shortened lifespans. How can we best tackle this? How can we build more authentic connections with the people around us and connect with our own sense of purpose and meaning, at home and at work?

EQUITY & SHIFTING NORMS

THE BEST TIME IN HISTORY TO BE A DAD

Dads today have the chance to define themselves much more broadly than their father’s generation. They can now break free of restrictive gender norms and help to break women free from slower career progression. There’s extraordinary opportunities, and also challenges to be overcome, for the benefit of everyone

FATHERHOOD 2.0

Ten shots of inspiration from the frontline. These pieces of wisdom have changed the way that we operate as a parents and they might do the same for you too. Are you making the most of the opportunity in front of you, to be more actively involved with your kids? It’s not always easy, but the potential benefits are huge for you and your family.

The Evolution Of Man: Hunter, Provider, Juggler!

There’s a silent revolution going on. Gender roles are being flipped, mashed, and reimagined. Dads are more actively involved in their kids’ lives than ever before, spending three times as many hours a week with their kids as dads did in the 1960s. Throw a pandemic into the mix, and its utter chaos. How do we manage the competing priorities? What does success look like? What can we learn from each other? We all wear multiple hats, and this discussion provides multiple hacks to manage the juggle.

MARCHING TOWARDS GENDER EQUITY

Achieving gender equity in the workplace is directly tied to equity at home. Until it’s unremarkable for a men to be equally involved in domestic life, it will remain remarkable for a woman to play an equal role in the workforce. Backed by evidence and expert perspectives, this presentation tackles pervasive biases head-on and gets to the heart of what stands in our way to achieving equity in the workplace - and it starts at home.

You Be You: Bring Your Full Self To Work

Life and work overlap today in ways that have never be seen before.  It’s almost impossible to separate home from the workplace. And why would we want to, when we know we can be so much better at work when we’re being ourselves? Life is so much more colourful when we’re all being our true selves! How can you bring different aspects of your life to work, or to deliver on commitments outside of work? And what opportunities are there that help to enable this further?

Break The Bias

What stands in our way to achieving a level playing field, at work and at home? Consciously and unconsciously, we operate with gender biases, many of them limiting. Women face slower career progression and lower average salaries than men. Meanwhile, the tired and outdated ‘breadwinner’ model is just as limiting for the lives of men. How can we break all of this apart?
